At Registros.com, we recognize the importance of protecting your personal information. Therefore, we implement the following security measures:

6. Minors Policy

Furthermore, in accordance with the circumstances described in section 3.2.a (points iii and iv) and in order to comply with current regulations relating to domain name registration issued by ICANN, Customers authorize the transfer of their data to third countries in the case of domain registrations whose extension (e.g. ".cl", ".ar", etc.) is administered and managed by an authority located in a country other than the USA and the Customer's country of residence.
Important notice: When requesting the registration of a domain name managed by a foreign registry, the Customer understands and accepts that the data protection laws of that country may offer a lower level of protection than that of their country of residence.
c. Registros.com may also transfer personal data of its users and/or Customers if the company participates in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or any other form of corporate restructuring. In such cases, users will be notified in accordance with applicable legislation and, where the law so requires, they may have the right to object to the transfer or to request the deletion of their data.
d. Registros.com will take appropriate security measures to protect the information of its users and Customers, ensuring compliance with data protection laws applicable in the countries where such data may be transferred.
Registros.com further guarantees that personal data transfers will be carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfillling the Services requested and purchased by our Customers.

Registros.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the privacy practices, policies, or content of third-party websites linked through our platform. Registros.com recommends that its Users and Customers review the privacy policies and terms of use of any external website before providing any personal information.
