Important Notice: By requesting the registration of a domain name managed by a foreign registry, the Client understands and accepts that the data protection laws of that country may offer a lower level of protection than those of their country of residence.

c. Registros.com may also transfer user and/or Client personal data in the event of a merger, acquisition sale of assets or any other corporate restructuring. In such cases, users will be notified in accordance with applicable law and, where required, may have the right to object to the transfer or request the deletion of their data.

d. Registros.com will take appropriate security measures to protect user and Client data, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws in the countries where data may be transferred.

Additionally, Registros.com guarantees that personal data transfers will only be carried out to fulfill the Services requested and contracted by our Clients.
